Victor Hugo is an 18 month old black Lab mix. Victor loves to run around and play, but he also thinks he is a lap dog because he loves to lay his head on his foster mom's lap when she watches TV. Victor gets along well with other dogs, and he is actually a gentle giant who puts on a gruff act at a first meeting but then lets the pups and the smaller dogs have it their way.
